
Kano State governor Rabiu Kwankwaso has endorsed the appointment of
Gwani Yahuza Danzarga and 16 others as chairman and members of Qur’anic
and Islamiyya Schools Management Board.
This was contained in a press release signed by the commissioner of state affairs, Aminu Abdussalam.
The statement disclosed that Sule Abdulrahman will represent Kano Central, Hon Nuhu Sa’adu Sarina (South), Sa’idu Zakari (North), Maigida Kachako (Hisba Board), Abdulgaffar Nasiru Kabara (Sharia Commission) and a representative from the Emirate Council as the board members.
Also, Mallam Ashiru Nata’ala (Council of Ulama), Col. Isa Kachako (State PTA), Aisha Matawalle (Prominent Woman), Ado Abdullahi Indabo (Local Government Rep. South), Sagir Abdullahi Panshekara (LG Rep. Central) and Alhaji Haruna Sarkin Noma (LG Rep. North) are to serve as members.
