The newly inducted General Superintendent of the Christ Apostolic
Church (CAC) world wide, Pastor Samuel Olusegun Oladele declared on
Sunday that the 25-year- old crisis of the mission would the soon come
to an end .
Oladele who made the declaration while addressing journalists at the CAC Orisun-Ife in Ibadan, Oyo State, said that, “we have been meeting since last year with the people of the like minds from the other side and all of them are willing and yearning for the resolution of the crisis.
“We are all doing the work of God .And all of us, especially we the pastors ,the keepers of God’s sheeps we are going to give account of our stewardships before God. By quarrelling or fighting over an unnecessary issues we are not doing the work of God, but, by special grace of God we shall resolve the crisis very soon.
“You must all agree with me that CAC is the first pentecostal church that had waged series of battle against the satan and it angel .The CAC had been doing this since 1930 after the Oke-Ooye revival in Ilesa . that it is the major reason why the mission is receiving serious attack from the satanic world,” he said.
Oladele who delivered the sermon at the thanksgiving programme for the 9th Zonal Anniversary of the CAC Orisun-Ife at the main auditorium at New Adeoyo road, Ibadan, said that many people were calling for change before the last elections was conducted.
“My own understanding of this is that if anything or government is to change it must begins from individual homes and thereby extends to the churches , society and government,” he added.
Oladele urged the President-elect, General Mohammed Buhari (RTD) and those that would work with him to let righteousness be there watch- word.
“Righteousness extol a nation ,once our President and members of his cabinet try to be righteous in their operations we shall definitely achieved the desired change . But everybody must try and change for good in our homes,” he said.
