Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Ankpa 11 state constituency in Kogi, Hon Samuel Omale, has said that he will bring his experience acquired as the leader of the legislative council to bear in working for the grassroots if elected.

Hon Omale, in an interactive session with journalists in Lokoja yesterday, noted that there is no other magic in legislative matters than lobbying, which many people do not know.
He said, “The experience I gathered when I was the leader of Ankpa council has taught me how to be humble and use lobbying as an instrument to achieve my aims.”
“Even when my colleagues wanted us to be confrontational, I held my cool to avoid friction which worked out appreciably within the period of our tenure.”
The candidate stated that he would put to practice the experience he gathered if elected and tap the abundant mineral resources as well as agricultural potential in the area to create employment opportunities for the teeming youths.
Hon Sam who said he is determined to transform the constituency if given the mandate, stressed that the people of the constituency had been denied quality representation in the past, and urged them to vote wisely.
