According to new reports, the Biebs and Sel were hanging out a newly opened Dave & Busters in Hollywood, when another cell phone-stealing altercation occurred. Los Angeles Police were called to the restaurant after a person called regarding a stealing incident.
Apparently Justin's bodyguards were being accused of trying to steal another on-looker's cell phone. But after the cops talked to both sides, no charges were filed. It was determined there was no fight or struggle for the phone at all, and that it was Bieber's guys involved, not him.
This wouldn't be the first time Justin has gotten in trouble for cell-stealing situations. A fan called the police on his team for the same type of altercation at a batting cage a few months ago. Bieber's bodyguards are also known to fight photographers for their cameras and footage, too.
Justin and Selena haven't mentioned anything about the altercation. We doubt they really care.
